Silence & Solitude is a 1/2 Day Silent Retreat experience.

It is a 6-hour, silent, in-person experience for both therapists and the general public. It is geared to cultivate connection with self and a reprieve from the noisy, modern world.

Both beginners and those with previous meditation experience. If you are curious silent retreats but more than 30 minutes of silence frightens you - this will be a great introduction. If you are an experienced silent retreat practitioner, this will be a great boost for your practice.
