Join Shayla & Alexis for an intentional evening of restoration, release, and recalibration as we honor Juneteenth through movement, sound frequency, and community.

This affinity space for Black women is designed to help the body soften after carrying stress, noise, urgency, and survival mode for far too long - especially this year! Through guided intention setting, meditation, sound bath healing, and somatic tremoring, we will support the nervous system in returning back to a baseline.

  • 📍 Location: 18 Springs Community Healing Center - Winston Salem, NC

  • 🗓️ Date: Juneteenth, Friday, June 19, 2026

  • ⏰ Time: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM

  • ⏱️ Length: 2.5 hours of Black Lady Magic

  • 💵 Registration Range: $75 - $115 (you choose based on your current "pocketbook situation". You decide. Not us.)

  • 👥 Capacity: Limited to 16 people (intimate + high-vibe)

Together, we’ll explore what it feels like to release pinned-up tension, quiet mental overload, and create space for calmness, grounding, and ease.
