THIS RETREAT IS PERFECT FOR:

Both beginners and those with previous meditation experience.

If you are curious about silent retreats but more than 30 minutes of silence frightens you - this will be a great introduction. If you are an experienced silent retreat practitioner, this will be a great boost to your practice.

By participating you are agreeing to honor a space of silence and refrain from engaging in all forms of communication with others during the allotted time.

You are welcome to bring your own meditation cushion/blanket and other accoutrements. Wear comfortable clothing (yep…this means stretchy stuff). You are invited to bring your favorite mug, water bottle, and utensils for eating -- as a way to reduce our ecological footprint.

Also feel free you bring your journal if this is a practice for you.

DATE: Saturday, MARCH 28th, 2026

TIME: 9am - 3pm

COST: $170

SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE: A limited number of scholarships are available through the 18 Springs Scholarship Fund.
